MHTS.org (the "Site") is stewarded by hakJav Ltd (UK registration no. 11500549) (the "Steward").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site publishes the Mental Health Technology Standards as an open public document.

The browser-based assessment tool is provided for informational purposes only. Any badge generated reflects a self-assessment conducted by the user. It does not constitute certification, accreditation, audit, regulatory approval, endorsement, or verification by the Steward.

2. No Data Collection

As described in the Privacy Policy, the Site does not collect personal data, use cookies, run analytics, store responses, or track users.

All assessment functionality operates locally in your browser.

3. Use of the Badge and Representation

You may reference and share the standards.

If you use a generated badge, you agree not to:

• Imply that MHTS or the Steward has certified, audited, or verified your compliance
• Misrepresent your level of compliance

The Steward is not responsible for third-party claims of compliance.

4. Disclaimer and Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Steward is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on third-party claims of compliance.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
